Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Return Policy below for further assistance.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Juco does not accept returns on opened or used Healthy Fresh Food products.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
1) The product received is damaged
2) The product is defective
3) The wrong product was delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear unboxing photos or video proof of the issue
The product must be unused and should be in original packaging

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund will be processed via bank transfer
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Juco recommends performing a patch test before using any product. We are not responsible for individual allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
6. Lucky Draw / Promotional Purchases
Products purchased as part of promotional campaigns or lucky draws are subject to the same refund rules. Participation eligibility may be cancelled if the qualifying order is refunded.
